At Eklavya, we respect your right to privacy.
The personal information shared and exchanged with Eklavya Shopping Cart will not be shared, sold, disclosed, revealed to third party in any form, for any purposes, at any time. All contacts and sales information included in the information/queries from us will remain confidential.

Delivery:

  • As soon as we receive your order it will be dispatched within 48 hours. 
  • Shipping/delivery of books may be made by Indian Post or the best mode of shipping based on the shipping address.

Domestic Delivery

  • The tariff for shipping/delivery charges shall be paid while confirming the order.
  • For better delivery services the complete delivery address with telephone/mobile number should be mentioned in the order.

International Delivery

  • International delivery may be possible only to the countries where services of Indian Post (Government of India) or other authorised vendors appointed by us are available .
  • Follow this link: http://www.cbec.gov.in/ to the Customs and Excise Database of Government of India where you can check the applicable duty for any product. (check out this link. Did not open on my machine).

Inspection:

Customs Authorities/ Airline Security/ shipment services have the right to open and inspect a shipment where situation demands.

Delivery Charges

Flat Delivery Charges will apply according to following order value slab. 

  • Order value upto $ 50 USD - $ 10 USD
  • Order value upto $ 100 USD - $ 20 USD
  • Order value upto $ 150 USD - $ 30 USD
  • Order value upto $ 200 USD - $ 40 USD
  • Order value upto $ 250 USD - $ 50 USD
  • Order value upto $ 300 USD - $ 60 USD
  • Order value upto $ 350 USD - $ 70 USD
  • Order value upto $ 400 USD - $ 80 USD
  • Order value upto $ 450 USD - $ 90 USD
  • Order value upto $ 500 USD - $ 100 USD
  • Order value above $ 500 USD - $ 0 USD
Tracking Orders
  • We will email you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment on your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
  • This service is conditional and depends on the courier service as well.
